The entrance had an open design and the decor was bright. Staff were helpful . The food at the restaurant tasted delicious too.
The towels felt rough not soft. The shower hose attachment near the bathtub did not work. The shampoo was in plastic dispensing bottles on the wall and hard to reach.

the hotel is fine. all staff were helpful. i enjoyed sitting by the pool area and the jacuzzi was great. the metro is located next to the hotel.
the lady at reception was grumpy and rude at check-in. key cards stopped working . housekeeping knocked despite the 'do not disturb' sign
